A clear record from application to payment.
RigorLoop verifies every expert application manually, protects private research materials, preserves the marketplace record, and provides a defined process for reviewing payment disputes.
Every expert is reviewed by a person.
Every expert application is reviewed by an authorized RigorLoop team member. RigorLoop does not automatically approve experts.
We may review professional history, credentials, publications, affiliations, identity information, and other submitted evidence, and we may request additional information. Verification may be denied, suspended, or revoked.
Private research stays private.
Public Research Bounty pages contain only information that the poster designates as public. Private questions, protected files, messages, verification evidence, payment records, and accepted expert deliverables are not published.
RigorLoop privately retains accepted expert deliverables as part of its research archive. We do not sell or license private research materials as a standalone dataset, publish them, or use them to train models.
Posters and experts give RigorLoop limited permission to store, back up, secure, and inspect private materials when needed to operate the marketplace and review a dispute. Ownership of the underlying work does not transfer to RigorLoop.

Platform Dispute Review protects the transaction.
A complaint freezes payout while the matter is reviewed. Both parties may provide a written explanation and supporting evidence.
An authorized RigorLoop team member reviews the agreed scope, messages, submitted materials, revisions, call records, and the parties' complaints. RigorLoop then decides whether marketplace funds are released, refunded, or otherwise handled under the marketplace rules.
The decision governs the RigorLoop transaction. It does not decide every legal, authorship, ownership, or intellectual-property claim the parties may have outside the platform.
Public profiles may be promoted as public profiles.
By publishing an expert profile, an expert authorizes RigorLoop to display and promote the public portions of that profile, including their name, photograph, biography, specialties, credentials, and profile link, in RigorLoop marketing and marketplace announcements.
Private verification evidence is never used for promotion.
