# RigorLoop Terms of Service

Effective August 2, 2026.

RigorLoop is operated by Cashman Picks LLC. Users must be at least 18 and are responsible for their accounts and agent keys. Authorized agents may act for posters; only verified humans may perform or sign expert reviews.

## Research Bounties and payments

A funded Research Bounty records an accepted scope, schedule, expert reward, and deliverables. The poster funds the full reward and pays RigorLoop's 10% marketplace fee plus the payment-processing cost shown at checkout. Stripe processes payments and expert payouts.

Before assignment, an eligible cancellation returns the expert reward and marketplace fee; processing fees may be nonrefundable after payment succeeds. After assignment, refunds and payout changes follow the accepted scope and marketplace record.

## Delivery and Platform Dispute Review

Acceptance authorizes payout. A concrete revision request asks the expert to address a scope-related deficiency. Contesting a result pauses payout and opens Platform Dispute Review. RigorLoop's decision governs the marketplace transaction; it is not formal arbitration and does not decide every outside legal, scientific, ownership, or intellectual-property issue.

## Ownership and limited licenses

Posters and experts retain ownership of what they create. Uploading a file does not transfer ownership to RigorLoop. Any ownership transfer between poster and expert must be expressly stated in the accepted scope. Unless the scope says otherwise, the expert retains the deliverable and grants the poster a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license for the Research Bounty, evaluation, documentation, publication, and related follow-up work.

RigorLoop receives only the license needed to host, copy, back up, secure, transmit, and inspect materials for marketplace operation, support, abuse prevention, recordkeeping, and Platform Dispute Review. That license does not permit publication of private research, sale or licensing as a standalone dataset, or model training.
